All users of this site agree that access to and use of this site is subject to the following terms and conditions and other applicable law. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not use this site.

WE ARE A WHOLESALER ONLY AND DO NOT SELL TO THE GENERAL PUBLIC.

CenturionSupply.ca is a family friendly site and we DO NOT intentionally accept or allow the following types of links into our program: Gambling, Adult content (porn, soft porn, sites with adult ad’s), Pharmacy (Cheap drugs, Viagra, male/female enhancement, etc.), Hate, Link Farms or Spam Sites. If you sell any of these products and we find out, we will cancel your links without hesitation. We do not need to explain our decision or reasons if we reject or cancel any link.

 

BACK ORDER POLICY:

  • Items not available to be shipped at time of order are held as open orders and will be shipped as soon as available, provided the total value is $100 or more. Orders totaling less than $100 will be held and included in your next shipment.
  • Customers unwilling to accept back orders must notify Centurion Supply Inc and back orders will be automatically cancelled. Be aware that trade show orders, booking programs and special orders are not subject to automatic cancellation.
  • We value your business. Should you have any questions or concerns as to how your orders are handled, please contact our customer service representatives.  They will be able to discuss your company’s needs and develop a plan that suits your individual requirements.  Please feel free to contact us at any time for a list of items on back order.  We would be happy to fax or e-mail you this information.

PRICING POLICY – 2021:

  • Pricing is subject to change without notice. Every effort will be made to hold published pricing. We endeavor to provide as much lead time to price increases as is possible under each circumstance.

SHELF LIFE:

  • Supplements, Dewormers and other items with an expiry date will not be shipped to you with less
    than 4 months of expiry. Periodically we may offer Dewormers at special prices with less than 4 months shelf life, but you will be advised prior to shipping for your approval.  The expiry date will show on the packing slip.  Expired items will not be accepted for return.

DAMAGED PRODUCTS:

  • Boxes that are notably damaged are to be refused at time of delivery.
  • Open all boxes immediately and check contents for damage. If you receive items damaged during shipping, call immediately to determine replacement or credit.  Claims must be submitted within seven days of receipt as determined by the carrier.

MISSING ITEMS:

  • In the event that an order is received and there is an item(s) missing, a claim must be submitted within seven days of receipt as determined by the carrier. We will check our inventory and review shipping details to determine if a credit is to be issued.

RETURN POLICY – 2021:

  • Prior to any goods being returned you must contact Centurion Supply Inc for authorization. If approved for return, we will fax or e-mail you a Return Authorization Form.  This must accompany the return.  Authorization number must be marked on the outside of the return packaging.  Items without proper authorization will be refused.
  • Returns will be authorized and Centurion Supply Inc will pay return freight in the following circumstances: a) Defective items b) Items received but not ordered – returned in original condition.
  • In all cases product must be returned within 30 days of original shipping date.
  • In the case of warranty claims, freight charges will be shared by Centurion Supply Inc and the retailer. Some exceptions apply.
  • Centurion Supply Inc must specifically authorize all other returns and a 15% restocking fee and freight charges will apply.

Please note:  We do not accept returns on sale, clearance, closeout, special order items or DIN products.

IRH HELMET POLICY:

  • Dials – Any issues with the Dial Fit System, you will need to email ([email protected]) with photos of the dial fit system so IRH can review and they will contact you with their finding. They will then notify Centurion Supply Inc on how to proceed.
  • Visors – for broken visors, (not resulting from a fall or accident – See Crash Helmet Warranty) Centurion Supply Inc will send a replacement visor at no charge
  • The entire helmet will NOT be replaced if either of the above are the only defect
  • Manufacturer Defect – Pictures of the defect must be emailed to Centurion Supply Inc. If it is deemed to be a true defect, Centurion Supply Inc will issue you a return authorization and replace the helmet at no charge. If the defect is deemed to be a result of misuse, the helmet will not be replaced and no credit will be issued.
  • Freight will be prepaid if item(s) are included with your next shipment
  • Above applies to any IRH helmet within 1 year of consumer purchase
  • Proof of purchase will be required

CRASH HELMET WARRANTY:

International Riding Helmets have a warranty program in place for helmets involved in a horseback riding accident for up to 3 years after consumer purchase. To receive a replacement, consumers are to follow the instructions below:

  1. Contact Centurion Supply Inc to verify warranty, determine warranty amount and receive a return authorization number. The RMA# must be clearly marked on the outside of the return box.
  2. Return the damaged helmet. Cost of return is the responsibility of consumer.
  3. Include a copy of the sales receipt.
  4. Include a signed and dated letter describing the accident.
  5. Include your name, address and phone number
  6. A cheque, money order or credit card information for payment of warranty amount must accompany the helmet. Make cheque or money order payable to Centurion Supply Inc.

Upon receipt of all the above we will send out a replacement helmet, freight pre-paid.

Note: The warranty card found in the helmet box may be outdated. The price charged for crash helmets will be based on the current IRH replacement price.

EASYCARE PRODUCT RETURN POLICY

  • 30-DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE
  • EasyCare will back all of its products with a 30-day money back guarantee. If your customer is not completely satisfied with any EasyCare product for any reason, you may return it for a refund of the original purchase price (excluding shipping & handling), within 30 days of purchase. All products must be returned to the original place of purchase and include a dated sales receipt.
  • EasyShoes may only be returned for refund if they are in a new and unused condition.

TO REDEEM:

  • Call Centurion Supply Inc to request a Return Authorization (RMA) and explain why the product was returned, describing the physical condition (photographs may be requested)
  • If an RMA is authorized, include a copy of the dated sales receipt with the return. RMA received without this receipt will NOT be processed. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the store/consumer.
  • Once received at Centurion Supply, the item will be evaluated and if eligible, a credit will be issued to your account

90-DAY WARRANTY

  • EasyCare offers a 90-day repair or replacement warranty (from the date of consumer purchase) on quality and workmanship for all merchandise manufactured under the EasyCare label.
  • While the warranty is very broad in nature, it does not cover wear (including sole breakthrough when worn over horseshoes), misuse, abuse, factory seconds or boots purchased as used.
  • Products returned for evaluation must be washed clean, dry and free of debris, dirt, sand and manure.
  • Damage inflicted by omnivorous horses, rodents or other unusual abuse is not covered.

TO REDEEM:

  • If a consumer has a warranty issue, refer them to EasyCare. Provide them with the toll free number (1-800-447-8836) and advise them to call for a Return Authorization Number. Products will either be repaired or replaced at the discretion of EasyCare.
  • Almost all components of any of EasyCare’s horse boots are either replaceable or repairable. This includes wires, laces, cables, buckles, gears, rollers, screws and straps. Many times, you can avoid a return (and an unhappy customer) by having repair parts on hand. The EasyCare website (www.easycareinc.com) has many helpful tips and videos that may help aid you and your customers in repairing the boots.
